With the continuous development of science and technology,the library has gone through many changes.How to create a new-type library has become a focus of attention of the library world.Based on the enlightenment of British＇s concept store,this paper expounds the origin of the thought of constructing university library into a warm and lively knowledge paradise,analyzes the present situation of university library,and from three aspects,probes into how to create university library into a warm and lively knowledge paradise for improving better the utilization value of university library.
