Talking the library of Hubei Engineering University as an example,this paper analyzes the necessity of the construction of the humanistic environment in university library,probes into some successful cases of constructing humanistic environment in domestic and foreign famous universities,and puts forward some paths and methods for the construction of humanistic environment in university library.
