浅议公共图书馆“免费开放”面临的现实问题及相应对策

Discussion on Some Practical Problems in and Solutions for Public Library's Free Opening

在图书馆发展过程中,实现"免费开放"服务,不仅促进了文化的发展,而且提高了图书馆的知名度。但在实施这一服务的过程中也存在着一些现实的问题。探讨了公共图书馆实施"免费开放"的必然性,对公共图书馆实施"免费开放"过程中存在的现实问题进行了简要论述,并提出了相应的解决办法。

In the development of the library,realizing the free-opening service can not only promote the development of the culture but also improve the popularity of the library.However,there are some practical problems in the course of implementing this service.This paper probes into the inevitability for public library to implement free opening,makes simple discussion on the practical problems existing in the course of implementing the free opening,and puts forward some corresponding solutions.
