摘要
从我国视障服务的现状出发,就公共图书馆如何为视障读者提供以人为本的便利化的新服务提出了建设性意见。
Starting from the present situation of services for visually impaired readers in China,this paper puts forward some constructive suggestion on how the public library to provide people-based convenient services for visually impaired readers.
