Through many years of gas-logging experiences and immense amounts of research,and based on the understanding of gas-logging,this paper analyzes the mechanism of that the hydrocarbon gas enters into well-bore,probes into the meaning of gas measurement value under different conditions,and puts forward some constructive suggestions on how to use gas measurement value to make quantitative assessment on gas Well＇s reservoir and productivity prediction.
