摘要
目的了解大学生的考试焦虑情绪的现状,为大学生的心理健康教育提供支持。方法采用分层整群抽样法抽取我校150名学生,采用考试焦虑量表(TAI)对他们的考试焦虑情绪进行调查。结果女生在TAI上的得分普遍高于男生(t=3.56,P<0.01)。在情绪性分量表上的得分差异显著(t=1.943,P<0.05),但在忧虑性分量表上没有显著性差异(t=1.09,P>0.05)。来自农村的学生在TAI上的得分普遍高于来自城市的学生(t=6.84,P<0.01)。在情绪性分量表上的得分差异显著(t=2.34,P<0.05),在忧虑性分量表上差异显著(t=3.86,P<0.01)。低年级学生在TAI上的得分普遍高于高年级学生(t=12.31,P<0.01)。在情绪性分量表上的得分差异显著(t=6.35,P<0.01),在忧虑性分量表上差异显著(t=2.09,P<0.05)。结论大学生考试焦虑水平,女生显著高于男生,来自农村的学生显著高于来自城市的学生,低年级的学生显著高于高年级的学生。
Objective To explore the situation of test anxiety in undergraduates, and to provide support for their mental health education. Methods A total of 150 college students were sampled with stratified cluster random sampling from Shan Dong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. They were inquired with a self-administered questionnaire(TAI) about test anxiety. Resulits Girls test anxiety levels were generally higher than that of boys in the TAI scores (t=-3.56,P〈0.01). Girls in the emotional weight on the score sheet was significantly higher than that of boys(t=-1.943,P〈0.05),but the worries of the total weight on the table and there is no significant difference (t=1.099,P〉0.05). Students from rural test anxiety levels were generally higher than those from the city's students scored in the TAI (t=-6.84,P〈0.01). Emotional component in the form of scoring significantly (t=2.34,P〈0.05), the weight of worries on the table difference (t=-3.86,P〈0.01). Low-grade test anxiety levels were generally higher than those for high-grade students scored in the TAI (t=-12.31, P〈0.01). Emotional component in the form of scoring significantly (t=-6.35,P〈0.01), the weight of worries on the table difference (t=2.09,P〈0.05).Conelusion Test anxiety level of our college students, female students was significantly higher than that of boys, students from rural areas was significantly higher than that of students from urban, low-grade students significantly higher than that of senior students.
