重组生长激素治疗重型创伤性脑损伤伴生长激素降低43例

摘要 目的了解人工重组生长激素对于重型创伤性脑损伤患者的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析2008年09月至2011年09月生长激素减少的重型创伤性脑损伤43例患者的临床资料,比较其使用生长激素治疗前后结果,并进行统计学分析。结果使用人工重组生长激素前后,创伤性脑损伤患者的生长激素对比,P<0.01;而患者的血清白蛋白在使用前后对比,P<0.01,均有显著性差异。结论对于生长激素降低的重型创伤性脑损伤患者,使用人工重组生长激素有效,并能有效提高患者的血清白蛋白,提高患者的抵抗力,促进患者病情恢复。
