Relationship Between Body Mass Index and Ambulatory Arterial Stiffness Index From Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring

目的通过监测动态动脉硬化指数(AASI),探讨动态动脉硬化指数与体质量指数的相关性。方法选择行动态血压监测的体检者590例,根据体质量指数分为正常体质量组200例、超重组175例和肥胖组215例,分析动态动脉硬化指数与体质量指数之间的关系。结果超重组和肥胖组AASI均显著高于正常体质量组(P<0.01)。Pearson相关分析显示体质量指数与AASI指数呈明显正相关(P<0.01)。结论随着体质量指数升高,AASI指数明显增加。

Objective To investigate the relationship between body mass index and ambulatory arterial stiffness index（AASI） from ambulatory blood pressure monitoring.Methods The ambulatory blood pressure of 590 health examination persons was monitored.All persons were divided into three groups according to body mass index（BMI）.The relationship between body mass index and ambulatory arterial stiffness index was been analysed.Results The AASI in overweight and obesity groups were higher than normal group（P0.01）.Pearson’s correlation analysis showed that BMI had positive correlation with AASI（P0.01）.Conclusion While BMI increased,the AASI increased significantly.
