心理护理干预对老年慢性心力衰竭患者的情绪及心功能影响分析

Impact Analysis of Psychological Nursing Intervention on the Emotions of Elderly Patients with Chronic Heart Failure and Cardiac Function

目的探讨心理护理干预对老年慢性心力衰竭患者的情绪及心功能的影响。方法将我院2010年1月至2011年6月收治的142例老年慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组进行常规的护理干预,观察组在对照组的基础上加强心理护理干预,最后比较两组患者的SAS、SDS评分,以及6MWT测试结果。结果护理干预前两组间SAS、SDS评分,以及6MWT测试结果比较,P>0.05,差异性不显著,无统计学意义;护理干预后,两组间再次比较,P<0.05,有显著差异,具有统计学意义。结论加强心理护理干预可以有效的改善患者的不良情绪,使得患者心功能得到明显加强,值得临床应用和推广。

Objective Explore the psychological impact of nursing intervention on the mood of elderly patients with chronic heart failure and cardiac function.Methods I admitted to hospital in January 2010 June 2011 142 cases of elderly patients with chronic heart failure patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group and control group of conventional care intervention in the observation group to strengthen the control group on the basis of psychological nursing intervention the last two groups were compared in patients with SAS,SDS score,and 6MWT test results.Results Nursing intervention before the SAS between the two groups,SDS score,and 6MWT test results,P0.05,the difference is not significant,no significant;care after the intervention between the two groups again,P0.05,significant difference,with statistically significant.Conclusion Strengthen psychological care intervention can effectively improve the patient＇s negative emotions,makes the heart function in patients has been markedly strengthened,and worthy of clinical application and promotion.
