超声检测颈动脉粥样硬化与冠心病的相关价值探讨

Value of Ultrasound Detection of Carotid Atherosclerosis and Coronary Heart Disease

目的探讨超声对冠心病与颈动脉粥样硬化之间的一些相关性及其预测方面的价值。方法任意抽取2010年6月至2011年12月间到我院经冠脉造影检查并确诊为冠心病的患者68例设为观察组,和正常人34例设为对照组,利用超声对其颈动脉进行检查,观察其斑块的性质并检测68例冠心病患者和34例正常人颈动脉内中膜的厚度与斑块的厚度,进行比较分析。结果冠心病组颈动脉斑块发生率(82.4%)明显高于正常人对照组(16.2%),且冠心病患者发生的斑块问题较正常人严重;观察组中多支病变组患者的颈动脉内中膜比单支病变组更厚,其斑块的积分也远高于单支病变组;此外,颈动脉超声对于冠心病的预测准确度较高,总体符合率高达80.2%,所得数据具有统计学意义。结论颈动脉粥样硬化是冠心病发病的一个间接性的预测因素,它与冠状动脉粥样硬化的发生具有密切的联系,因此该检查在诊断冠心病方面有较大的价值。

Objective To study the ultrasound for coronary artery disease and carotid atherosclerosis among some correlation and prediction value.Methods From 2010 June to 2011 December arbitrary to our hospital and diagnosed by coronary artery angiography in 68 patients with CHD as observation group,and 34 cases of normal people as control group,the use of ultrasound on carotid artery were examined,observe the plaque and the detection of 68 cases of coronary heart disease patients and 34 normal carotid artery intima-media thickness and plaque thickness,comparative analysis.Results The incidence of coronary heart disease group of carotid plaques（82.4%） was significantly higher than that of normal control group（16.2%）,and the plaque in patients with coronary artery disease problems was severe;in the observed group of multivessel disease group of patients with carotid arterial intima-media than single branch lesion group more thick,the plaque score is much higher than that of single the lesion groups;in addition,carotid artery ultrasound for prediction of coronary heart disease with high accuracy,the overall rate of up to 80.2%,the data have statistical significance.Conclusion The incidence of coronary artery disease and carotid atherosclerosis is an indirect predictors,it and coronary atherosclerosis are closely linked,so the examination in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease have a greater value.
