中风急性期脑水肿与通腑泄热的相关性分析

The Analysis for the Correlation of the Acute Phase of Stroke Cerebral Edema and Tongfu Xiere

目的探讨运用通腑泄热法治疗中风急性期脑水肿的临床效果。方法对2009年至2012年3月85例中风急性期脑水肿进行回顾性分析,对照组40例单纯运用西医治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上运用通腑泄热法治疗,比较两组治疗后的效果。结果观察组的总有效率为82.2%,显效以上为62.2%,恶化率为4.4%,而对照组的总有效率为67.5%,显效以上为50%,恶化率为12.5%。以上情况两组间有明显的差异性,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论运用通腑泄热法可明显减轻中风急性期脑水肿病情,可降低并发症,提高临床效果。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of Tongfu Xiere in the treatment of stroke cerebral edema.Methods 85 cases of acute phase of stroke cerebral edema from 2009 to 2012 were retrospectively analyzed.The control group of 40 cases was simply with Western medicine treatment,and the observation group was taken with Tongfu Xiere method on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect of the two groups after treatment was compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 82.2%,the more than markedly was 62.2%,the deterioration rate was 4.4%,while the total effective rate of the control group was 67.5%,marked above was 50%,the deterioration was 12.5%.Above situation was with obvious differences between the two groups,P0.05,there was statistical significance.Conclusion The use of the Tongfu Xiere method can significantly reduce the acute phase of stroke cerebral edema condition,can reduce complications and improve clinical effect.
