细节护理在儿科护理中的应用价值分析

The Clinical Application Analysis of Details of Care in The Pediatrics

目的探讨细节护理在对儿科护理过程中的应用价值。方法将本院儿科收治的120例患儿随机分为两组,即观察组和细节护理组,每组各60例,对观察组患儿采用传统常规一般的护理方法,对细节护理组患儿在观察组的护理方法基础上,介入细节护理模式,比较两组患儿住院时间,治疗费用,患儿家属投诉率等指标。结果观察组患儿住院时间(19.3±3.5)d,细节护理组患儿住院时间(12.6±2.1)d,两组患儿住院时间比较,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患儿治疗费用(10138.2±548.6)元,细节护理组患儿治疗费用(6137±312.7)元,两组患儿治疗费用比较,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患儿家属投诉16例,发生率26.7%(16/60),细节护理组患儿家属投诉5例,发生率8.3%(5/60),两组患儿家属投诉率比较,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论细节护理模式应用于儿科患者护理过程中,能显著缩短患儿的住院时间,降低治疗费用,减少患儿家属的投诉率,值得在儿科护理过程中推广使用。

Objective To explore the clinical value of the details of care in pediatric nursing process.Methods 120 cases were randomly divided into two groups,observation group and details of the care group,60 cases in each group,the observation with traditional conventional care,the other group in care on the basis of the observation group,involved in the details of care modes.Results Observe the group of children hospitalized time of（19.3±3.5）days,details of the care group hospitalized time of（12.6±2.1） days,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）;observation the group the cose of（10138.2±548.6） Yuan of each children,details of the care group cost of（6137±312.7）Yuan of each children,difference was statistically significant（P0.05）;observe the group complaint of 16 cases,The incidence of it was 26.7%（16/60）,details of the care group complaint of 5 cases,The incidence of it was 8.3%（5/60）,difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Details of care model used in the pediatrics patient care process,reduce hospitalized time the cost of treatment and the rate if complaint.
