肺部超声对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作并发气胸诊治及时性的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨肺部超声在慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作并发气胸及时诊断和治疗的价值。方法通过将本院2008年1月至2012年6月由胸部CT确诊60例慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作并发气胸患者随机分成两组,观察组30例,对照组30例;观察组进行肺部超声检查,对照组进行X线检查,比较两组的检出率。结果观察组提示气胸28例(30侧),检出率93.33%,漏诊率6.67%;对照组提示气胸26例(28侧),检出率86.67%,漏诊率13.33%。两组在检出率、漏诊率比较均具有统计学差异(P<0.05),观察组检出率高于对照组,漏诊率低于对照组。结论肺部超声对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作并发气胸诊治具有及时性,填补目前影像医学在此方面的不足,临床上建议进一步推广运用。 Objective To investigate the valueable of lung ultrasound in acute attack of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with pneumothorax timely diagnosis and treatment.Methods 60 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease from January 2008 to June 2012 selected and divided into control group and observation group.Two groups both are 30 cases.The observation group for lung ultrasonic inspection,control group X-ray,compared with detection rate in two groups.Results Observation group prompt pneumothorax 28 cases,the detection rate is 93.33%,the missed rate is 6.67%;Control group prompt pneumothorax 26 cases,the detection rate is 86.67%,the missed rate is 13.33%.The detection rate and missed rate of two groups are both have the statistical difference(P 0.05),the observation group detection rate higher than those in the control group,the missed rate lower than those of the control group.Conclusion Pulmonary ultrasonography in acute attack of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease diagnosis and treatment with pneumothorax with timeliness,fill the current imaging in this aspect is insufficient,Suggestions to further promote the clinical use.
