水囊辅助B超纵切定位在输尿管末段结石行ESWL中的应用

The Application of B-Ultrasonic Localization of Stones at the end of Ureter with Water Sacs during ESWL

目的解决B超定位碎石机难于对输尿管末端结石行ESWL这一难题。方法将B超定位碎石机的探头调整为纵切,从而避开耻骨的遮挡,显示出结石,同时借助直肠内的水囊,将膀胱向上推移,使结石位于冲击波聚焦的范围内。结果 48例患者通过该方法碎石后均排净结石。结论水囊辅助B超纵切定位输尿管末端结石行ESWL取得了满意的效果,弥补了B超定位碎石机的缺陷,值得推广。

Objective To absolute the question that stones at the end of ureter can not appear in lithotripsy with B-ultrasonic lacalization in ESWL.Methods Adjusting the director of B-ultrasonic and sliting the body can avoiding pelvisternum,so the stones at the end of ureter can appear,the bladder drive up by dint of the water sacs in rectal,so the stones is in the ranges of bow wave.Results 48 cases was successful with this methods.Conclusion Sliting the body with B-ultrasonic acquired good effect for the stones at the end of ureter.It is very simple and convenient to absolute.
