中西医结合治疗开放性胫腓骨骨折的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Open Tibia and Fibula Fractures Treatment with Integrative Medicine

目的探讨中西医结合治疗开放性胫腓骨骨折的治疗效果。方法选取我院收治的胫腓骨骨折患者,随机分为中西医结合组和西医组。西医组患者采用交锁髓内钉治疗,中西医结合组加用中医辨证治疗方法。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果、骨折愈合时间以及并发症发生情况等临床资料。结果与西医组患者相比,中西医结合组优良率明显提高,中、差比率明显降低,骨折愈合时间明显缩短,并发症发生率明显降低,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗能够有效提高开放性胫腓骨骨折的临床治疗效果,促进患者骨折愈合,降低并发症发生率,极大提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To probe into the clinical effect of open tibia and fibula fractures treatment with integrative medicine.Methods Selected the tibia and fibula fracture patients in our hospital.The patients were divided into western medicine group and integrative medicine group randomly.The patients in western medicine group were treated with interlocking intramedullary nail treatment,while the patients in integrative medicine group were plus Chinese dialectical therapy.Compared and analysis the clinical efficacy,fracture healing time and complications of patients in two groups.Results Compared with western medicine group,patients in integrative medicine group the excellent rate after treatment was significantly improved,middle and low rates were significantly decreased,fracture healing time was significantly shortened,complication rate was significantly lower,there were statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusions Integrative Medicine can effectively improve the clinical outcomes of open tibia and fibula fractures patients,promote the patients fracture healing,reduced the incidence of complications.It can greatly improve the patient＇s quality of life.
