多排螺旋CT用于肠梗阻诊断的价值

Study of Value about Multi-slice Spiral CT Diagnosis of Intestinal Obstruction

目的探讨多排螺旋CT用于肠梗阻诊断的意义。方法 50例肠梗阻患者,分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用腹部X线平片诊断。观察组采用多排螺旋CT诊断。结果观察组影像诊断符合率为96.00%,高于对照组符合率68.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用多排螺旋CT诊断肠梗阻准确率高,能明确肠梗阻的病因、梗阻部位及程度,能为肠梗阻疾病的诊治提供科学的依据。

Objective To discussion of value of multi-slice spiral CT diagnosis of intestinal obstruction.Method 50 cases of intestinal obstruction patients,divided into the observation group and control group.Controls： use plain abdominal radiography diagnosis.The observation group： the use of multidetector spiral CT diagnosis.Results Imaging diagnosis coincidence rate of the observation group was 96% higher than 68% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Multi row spiral CT in the diagnosis of intestinal obstruction with high accuracy,can clear the cause of intestinal obstruction,the site of obstruction and the extent of intestinal obstruction,can provide scientific basis for disease diagnosis and treatment.
