血塞通治疗脑梗死80例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Xuesaitong Treatment of 80 Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的分析血塞通在脑梗死患者治疗中的应用价值。方法选取我院神经内科收治的脑梗死患者80例,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组40例,对照组采用常规治疗,研究组加用血塞通注射液药物治疗,对两组脑梗死患者的临床治疗情况和血液流变学指标改善情况进行比较和分析。结果与对照组相比,研究组患者的显著进步率和总有效率均明显提高,无变化率则显著降低,全血低切黏度、全血高切黏度、血浆黏度、血细胞比容均显著降低,均呈现出统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血塞通不仅能够明显提高脑梗死患者的治疗效果,并对改善患者预后情况起到促进作用,适于临床推广应用。

Objective To probe into and analysis the clinical value of xuesaitong treatment of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods Selected 80 patients with cerebral infarction in department of Neurology of our hospital.All the patients divided into study group and control group randomly,there were 40 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated with conventional therapy,while the patients in study group were treated with xuesaitong injection.Compared and analysis the clinical situation and hemorheology improvement of patients in two groups.Results Compared with control group,patients in study group the significant progress rate and total effective rate were significantly increased,no change in the rate was significantly lower,and whole blood viscosity,high shear blood viscosity,plasma viscosity andhematocritweresignificantlylower,therewerestatisticallysignificant（P0.05）.Conclusions Thexuesaitongnotonlycansignificantlyimprovethetreatmenteffect of patients with cerebral infarction,and also play a facilitating role to improve the prognosis of patients.It is suitable for further promote the application in clinical.
