口咽通气管吸痰对提高昏迷患者血氧饱和度的研究

摘要 目的:为有效清除脑卒中昏迷患者呼吸道分泌物,探讨口咽通气管吸痰对提高昏迷患者血氧饱和度的优越性。方法:收治危重昏迷患者60例,采用随机对照方法分成对照组与观察组各30例,对照组采用传统经口鼻吸痰法,观察组采用口咽通气管吸痰法。结果:两组吸痰在吸痰量、痰液性状、一次插管成功率、血氧饱和度等方面均存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。经口咽通气管吸痰1次插管成功率高,吸出痰量多、黏稠,且对气道损伤小,吸痰后SaO2明显高于吸痰前及对照组。结论:口咽通气管可有效防止舌根后坠,便于吸痰,并可持续给予鼻导管吸氧,避免因吸痰造成一过性缺氧,减少并发症,证实经口咽通气管吸痰的优越性,提高危重患者抢救成功率。 Objective:In order to effectively clear the respiratory secretions of patients with stroke coma oropharyngeal tracheal suctioning to improve the superiority of comatose patients oxygen saturation.Methods:June 2011 to May 2012,a randomized controlled method to select 60 cases of critically ill patients with coma in the intensive care unit of our hospital were divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in the control group using the traditional through the nose and mouth suction method,the observation grouporopharynx through the tracheal suctioning method.Results:Two sets of suction in the suction volume,sputum traits,once intubation success rate,oxygen saturation,etc.there are significant differences(P 0.05).Tracheal suctioning of the oropharynx through time intubation success rate,suck out the sputum quantity,viscosity,and small airway injury,after suctioning SaO 2 was significantly higher than the suction before and the control group.Conclusion:Advantages of easy to suction the oropharynx through the trachea can effectively prevent the tongue falling,and sustainable given nasal cannula oxygen,to avoid suction caused by hypoxia,reduce complications and confirmed by the oropharynx through tracheal suctioningand improve the survival rate of critically ill patients.
