摘要
目的:探讨静滴654-2与维生素K1发生不良反应的相关因素,药学监护要点、以及不良反应的防范,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法:对92例在门急诊观察室静滴654-2与维生素K1发生不良反应的患者资料进行回顾分析。结果:女性的不良反应发生率高于男性,且多为中老年患者。不良反应多发生在输液30分钟内,多为全身性不良反应及Ⅰ型过敏反应。配伍用药不良反应发生率明显高于单独用药。结论:严格掌握临床用药适应证,尽可能单独用药。对高危人群应高度警惕、严密观察,做好急救准备工作避免不良反应的发生,保证用药安全。
Objective：To explore the relevant factors of adverse reactions,pharmaceutical care points and prevention against the adverse reactions between intravenous drip of 654-2 and Vitamin K 1（VitK 1）.Methods：Select the data of 92 patients who suffered the adverse reactions from intravenous drip of 654-2 mixed with VitK 1 in our hospital between Jan.2005 and Jan.2012.Results：The incidence of adverse reactions of women is higher than that of men,more common in elderly patients.Besides,adverse reactions always occurred in 30 minutes after infusion,mostly multi-systemic adverse reactions and type I allergy.What＇s more,the incidence of combined medication was significantly higher than drugs used alone.Conclusions：Control the clinical drug indications strictly,and use drugs alone as far as possible.Closely observe the high-risk groups,make emergency preparations to avoid the adverse reactions and ensure drug safety.
