过氧化氢低温等离子体灭菌技术的应用

目的:探讨过氧化氢低温等离子体灭菌的灭菌效果。方法:按照规范的流程操作包括灭菌前清洗、干燥、包装、灭菌等标准进行操作,采用灭菌器自检系统、自含式生物指示剂(SCBI)和化学指示卡(CI)方法进行检测。结果:本锅灭菌1771锅次,有效循环1698锅次。所有被灭菌物品灭菌效果均达标,未发生因器械消毒不严而引发的感染。结论:过氧化氢低温等离子体灭菌器具有低温、无毒、安全环保、对器械损伤小、灭菌周期短等优点,对器械的消毒灭菌效果可靠。

Purpose：Discuss the sterilization effect of the sterilizers for hydrogen peroxide low temperature plasma.Method：Operate in accordance with the standard operation procedures,including the cleaning,drying,sterilizing,etc.before sterilization.Adopt the self-checking system of the sterilizers,self-contained biological indicator and chemical indicative cards to run the test.Result：There is total 1771 time per batch,and effective circulation is 1698 time per batch.All of the sterilized items are up to the standard.There is no contamination caused by the failure of cleaning up of the equipment.Conclusion：Sterilizers used for hydrogen peroxide low temperature plasma have the following advantages：low temperature,nontoxic,safe and environment friendly,little injury to devices,and sterilization cycle is short.In addition,the disinfection and sterilization effect of the sterilizers are reliable.And this kind of sterilizer can obviously improve the efficiency in the use of surgical instruments.
