摘要
对67个高职国家级专业教学团队的统计结果显示,我国高职"双师"结构专业教学团队建设还存在基础课教师和课外素质教育活动教师被排除在团队之外、专业带头人数量少且行政化倾向严重、兼职教师数量不足且脱离行业企业一线等问题。高职院校需要将基础课教师和课外素质教育活动教师划分到各专业,构建由校内专业教师、企业兼职教师、基础课教师、课外素质教育活动教师所组成的跨单位、跨部门、跨学科"双师"结构专业教学团队;进一步完善专业带头人的选拔条件,加大引进和培养力度;以校企合作项目为载体,加强兼职教师队伍建设。
The statistical result of 67 higher vocational national professional teaching teams shows that there are still many problems in the construction of the team. The basic-course teachers and extra-curricular quality education activities teachers were left out of the team. The professional leaders are less and there is a serious tendency of administrativization. The part-time teachers are less and are separated from the industries and enterprises. Higher vocational colleges need to divide the teachers toall the specialties to construct the "dual-qualified" teaching teams. The school shoald further improve the professional leader selection condition, increase the efforts for introductior, and cultivation and strengthen the part-time Leachers team construction by using the school-enterprise cooperation projects as the carrier.
