弹性髓内钉结合高压氧治疗儿童长骨骨折的疗效分析 被引量:2

Effect of Elastic Stable Intramedullary Nail Combined with Hyperbaric Oxygen on Children with Long Bone Fractures

摘要 目的观察弹性髓内钉结合高压氧治疗儿童长骨骨折的疗效。方法高压氧组16例采用弹性髓内钉结合高压氧治疗,对照组15例仅采用弹性髓内钉治疗,比较观察两组的治疗效果。结果高压氧治疗结束后立即检测,高压氧组治愈率为67%,对照组为41%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高压氧组的疼痛肿胀减轻时间、早期活动时间、下地时间和治愈时间分别为(3.3±0.8)d、(11.6±3.7)d、(15.2±3.2)d和(48.1±6.8)d;而对照组为(13.5±2.6)d、(16.2±3.8)d、(26.4±5.3)d和(61.5±12.6)d。高压氧组的疼痛肿胀减轻时间、早期活动时间、下地时间和治愈时间均明显短于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论弹性髓内钉结合高压氧对儿童长骨骨折进行治疗,能够明显提高治愈率,缩短疼痛肿胀减轻时间和早期活动时间、下地时间,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To observe the effect of elastic stable intramedullary nail combined with hyperbaric oxygen in treat- ment of long bone fractures in children. Methods Hyperbaric oxygen group with 16 cases were treated with elastic intramedul- lary nail combined with hyperbaric oxygen, and control group with 15 cases only with elastic intramedullary nail, the effect be- tween the two groups were compared. Results The curative rate in hyperbaric oxygen group was 67%, and in the control group was 41% ( P 〈 0.05 ) immediately after the end of the hyperbaric oxygen therapy. The pain and swelling reduce time, early activity time and fields time and curative time were ( 3.3 ± 0.8 ) d, ( 11.6 ± 3.7 ) d, ( 15.2 ± 3.2) d and (48.1 ± 6.8 ) d in hyperbaric ox- ygen group, respectively; while ( 13.5 ± 2.6) d, ( 16.2 ± 3.8 ) d, (26.4 ± 5.3 ) d and (61.5 ± 12.6) d in control group, respective- ly. The pain and swelling reduce time, early activity time and fields time and curative time in hyperbaric oxygen group were signif- icantly shorter than those in the control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Elastic intramedullary nail combined with hyperbaric ox- ygen for children long bone fractures can enhance clinical effect, shorten pain and swelling reduce time, early activity time and fields time and curative time,which can be applied in clinic.
