白内障囊外摘除加人工晶体植入术患者的护理

Nursing of Patients Undergoing Extracapsular Cataract Extraction with Intraocular Lens Implantation

目的探讨白内障囊外摘除加入工晶体植入术患者围手术期护理措施和生活指导。方法回顾性分析医院2011年6月-2012年6月期间226例施行白内障囊外摘除加人工晶体植入术的白内障患者,所有患者均于术前进行心理护理和健康教育,术后严密观察患者一般情况及病情,尤其眼压的变化,同时实施周密细致的护理措施和生活指导,观察患者的病情恢复及预后情况,并分析临床数据。结果 226例患者均能积极主动配合手术治疗,术后病情平稳,恢复较快,裸眼视力均有不同程度的提高。随访1～6个月未见严重并发症发生。结论进行合理、科学、细节化的护理对白内障囊外摘除加入工晶体植入术的成功进行和顺利恢复起到相当重要的作用。

Objective To explore the perioperative nursing interventions and living instructions to the patients with the extra- capsular extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation. Methods The clinical data of 226 patients with extraeapsular extraction combined and intraoeular lens implantation from June 2011 to June 2012 were analyzed retrospectively. All the patients were offered the mental nursing and health education on preoperative, and observed the general conditions and ophthalmotonic changes after the operation; at the same times, gave the careful nursing interventions and living instructions, observed curative effect and analyzed the clinical data. Results All the cases could accept the treatments, patient＇ s conditions of postoperative were stable and recovered quickly, and the naked visions of the patients had different improvement after operate. All patients were followed up for 6 months, no complications being found. Conclusion It is important for operate and recovery of the patients with the extracapsular extraction combined and intraocular lens implantation to offer the seasonable and scientific nursing.
