细节护理在儿科手术护理中的应用价值探讨

Value of Nursing Details Applied in Pediatric Surgery Nursing Care

目的探讨细节护理在儿科手术护理工作中应用的具体措施和价值。方法回顾性分析比较儿科手术细节护理措施全面实施前2009年1月～12月及实施后2010年1月～12月护理工作情况,用自制的调查表调查患儿及家属的满意度、医生的满意度和护理缺陷情况。结果儿科手术细节护理实施后患儿及家属和医生的满意度明显高于细节护理实施前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);细节护理实施后护理差错的发生率(1.7%)明显低于细节护理实施前(8.0%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);细节护理实施后护理纠纷的发生率(1.0%)明显低于实施前(6.3%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论细节护理在儿科手术护理中的实施,能明显提高患儿及家属和医生的满意度,降低护理缺陷的发生,建立和谐的医患关系,细节护理提高了整体护理服务的质量,值得临床应用推广。

Objective To explore the concrete measures and value of nursing details applied in pediatric surgery nursing care. Methods Before（ in 2009）and after （in 2010）nursing details measures carried out in our hospital, retrospective analysis of the nursing work was performed with self-made questionnaire survey of the patients and their family members＇ degree of satis- faction, and the doctor＇ s degree of satisfaction and nursing defects. Results After the nursing details applied in pediatric surgery nursing care, the patients＇ , their family members＇ and doctor＇ s degree of satisfaction was obviously higher than that before carry- ing out nursing, there was significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the occurrence of nursing error （ 1.7 % ） after the nursing details of the implementation was significantly lower than the that before（ 8.0% ） ,the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05 ） ;the occurrence of nursing disputes（ 1.0% ） after the nursing details of the implementation was significantly lower than that of before（6.3% ） ,the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Nursing details applied in pediatric surgery nursing care can significantly improve the patients＇ , their family members＇ and the doctor＇ s degree of satisfaction, reduce the occurrence of nursing defects, and establish the harmonious doctor-patient relation, nursing detail can improve the quality of holistic nursing service, it was worth in clinical application.
