大学生就业难已成为普遍现象,如何在激烈的就业市场中找到适合毕业生自身的工作已引起全社会关注。高职院校毕业生要认真审视目前的就业现状,运用市场营销理念,分析就业市场机会,剖析环境威胁,制定合适的营销策略,以适应不断发展的就业需要。
College students employment problem has become a common phenomenon. How to find a job which better suits students need has aroused the concern of the whole society. Students are expected to take a hard look at social employment situation, analyze employment opportunities and environmental threats, and develop appropriate marketing strategies in an effort to adapt to constantly changing employment.
