An Analysis of the Current Development of Tourism Real Estate in Beihai of Guangxi and Corresponding Strategies

旅游房地产业作为"旅游"与"房地产"交叉结合的产物,逐渐受到投资者的重视。分析广西北海发展旅游房地产的意义,结合北海的实际阐述北海旅游房地产的现状,并针对其发展中存在的问题,提出建立健全交换网络、加快完善行业立法、重视人力资源建设等相应的对策。

Tourism real estate, as the product of integration of tourism and real estate, gradually attracts the investors＂ attention. On the basis of the analysis of the significance of developing tourism real estate in Beihai of Guangxi, the elaboration of the current development of tourism real estate and in light of Beihai＇s practical situations and the problems in the development, the article presents corresponding strategies for establishing and improving switched networks, accelerating and perfecting the legislation on industries and attending to human resource construction.
