摘要
以一套商用车纵梁压形模开发为例,讲述纵梁压形模开发的一般过程,对纵梁冲压工艺进行分析,并设计出纵梁压形模,从模具起吊、导向、材料、工作零件等方面阐述特大型板模具压形模的设计要点。
In light of a case study of the development of commercial vehicles longeron pressing die, the article describes the general development process of longeron pressing die, analyzes longeron stamping technology and designs longeron pressing dies. Then the key points of designing mega-mold pressing dies are expounded in terms of mold lifting, orientation, materials and working parts, etc.
