摘要
根据分层抽样原则选取20个班级的班委群体作为研究对象,探讨高职院校班委群体中各成员的心理应激能力与其整体效能之间的关系。结果表明,高和低整体效能的两类班委成员在人际关系因子、学习和升学压力因子、受惩罚因子和亲友与财产丧失因子上存在较大差异。高和低整体效能的两类班委班长在人际关系因子、受惩罚因子、亲友与财产丧失因子和其他事件因子上,存在显著差异。
According to the principle of stratified sampling, the leaders in 20 classes were selected as the study group to explore the relationship between psychological stress ability and the overall effectiveness among the members in the vocational colleges class leadership groups. The results showed that the class committee members with high and low overall efficiency have significant differ- ences in the factors of relationships, study, graduation pressure, punishment, loss of relatives and property and other problems.
