摘要 基于开发、研究和生产卤代吡啶的重要意义,刍议了一些卤代吡啶的一般性质以及合成卤代吡啶及其衍生物的途径或方法。另一方面,简要介绍了作为合成新型杀虫剂氯虫苯甲酰胺和氰虫酰胺的关键中间体2,3-二氯吡啶的合成路线,并分别对方法作了论述,。表明采用3-氨基吡啶为起始原料,通过氯化,重氮化和Sandmyer反应,中间体不经分离的一锅法合成2,3-二氯吡啶的路线,比较经济合理,且适宜工业化开发,该合成路线总收率达66.9%,产品纯度可达98%以上。 Baase on Haloggenated Pyridine Compounds were exceeding sinificant in a good many sphere, such as: feeding stuff, rubber assistant, secnting agent and dyestuff, etc., especially, their application in the pesticide and new medicine industry were also introduced briefly. The development and prospect of Haloggenated Pyridine were put forward. 2,3-Dchloropyridine is an important intertnediate of fine chemials, also is a key intermediate of a new insecticide Chlorantrniliprole and Cyantraniliprole. The synthesis routes of 2,3-Dchloropyridine were syn- thesized by four different processes, among them, the method of 3-amino-pyridine for first raw material, pass through chloration, diazotization and sandmeyer reaction, intermediate not separate was by adopted. The total yield is about 66.9% with 3 step reaction, the product of quality reaches 98.0% ,which explains that the route is still of great value.
