保障房建设是市场不义之果?

摘要 无论房地产商,还是财经界,抑或决策层,在房地产问题上都犯了一个明显错误:谈论需求时,把社会需求当作一个整体,把所有人捆绑在内,即所谓城市化导致房地产的刚需巨大;谈论价格时,对社会作出族群割裂,把大部分人剔除在外,说市场是为一小部分富人服务的。这到底是一种什么逻辑? There is a clearly misconception about real estate among the property market,financial community and policymakers.When discuss demand,all of them believed social demand should be seen as a whole.In other word,they declared urbanization leads to boost huge just need in property market.However,when discuss price,they divide social into two group:the rich and the poor.Most of people are excluded in this statement.They even declared the property market should primarily serve small group of the rich.What is the logic on earth?
