协同刺激分子B7-H3在结直肠癌中表达的临床意义

摘要 目的探讨协同刺激分子B7-H3在结直肠癌中的表达与患者临床病理参数的相关性。方法收集2003年1月至2003年12月在苏州大学附属第四医院行手术切除术的结直肠癌患者组织标本98例,采用免疫组织化学方法检测结直肠癌组织中协同刺激分子B7-H3的表达,分析B7-H3分子在结直肠癌组织中的表达水平。结果 B7-H3分子在结直肠癌癌灶及间质中均高表达,与患者的年龄、性别、肿瘤分期、分化程度无相关性(P>0.05),但间质高表达B7-H3分子与患者淋巴结转移显著相关(P<0.05)。结论协同刺激分子B7-H3在结直肠癌间质中高表达与患者淋巴结转移相关,对结直肠癌患者的预后判断具有潜在的临床应用价值。 Objective To investigate the correlation between the negative costimulatory molecule B7-H3 expression and clinieopathologieal parameters in eoloreetal correlation. Methods 98 patients of coloreetal cancer in the Forth Affilia- ted Hospital of Sooehow University from January 2003 to December 2003, immunohistochemistry was used to detect colorec- tal cancer tissues costimulatory molecules B7-H3 expression, analysis of the expression levels of B7-H3 molecules in color- eetal cancer tissues and correlation with elinicopathological parameters. Results B7-H3 molecule highly expressed in coloreetal cancer foci and interstitial, and there was no correlation with the patient's age, gender, tumor stage, differentia- tion degree ( P 〉 0. 05 ), but high expression of B7-H3 molecular in interstitial has significant correlation with lymph node metastasis in patients (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Negative costimulatory molecules B7-H3 is highly expressed in eolorec- tal cancer foci and interstitial. High expression of B7-H3 molecular in interstitial has significant correlation with lymph node metastasis in patients, and has potential clinical value of prognosis in eoloreetal cancer patients.
