术前分段诊刮病理在子宫内膜癌诊断中的价值

摘要 子宫内膜癌是我国女性生殖道第二常见的恶性肿瘤，其发病率呈逐年上升趋势，且90％的子宫内膜癌患者均有症状表现，可通过术前分段诊刮病理及早发现，给予及时处理。然而，术前分段诊刮病理确定的肿瘤组织学分型、分级及宫颈浸润等特征准确性不高，可能会影响子宫内膜癌患者治疗方案的制定。本文将对术前分段诊刮病理诊断子宫内膜癌组织学分型、分级及宫颈浸润等临床病理方面的价值进行如下综述。
