摘要
采用河北工业大学研制的新型高效立体传质塔板(CTST),先后在天津石化一厂、 新疆独山子炼油厂、洛阳石化总厂炼油厂的含硫污水汽提塔扩产改造中成功应用,在原塔 外壳不变的条件下,采用CTST塔板替换原浮阀塔板,改造后生产能力提高一倍以上;蒸 汽单耗降低 12%.
This paper introduces the operational performances of the combined trapezoid spray tray (CTST). In the technical reconstruction of the sour water stripping column in oil refineries, this tray was used for instead ofF1 float tray in the same column shell. After the technical reconstruction, the product capacity was increased by more than 100%, and the energy consumption was decreased by 12%.
