摘要
采用模块化的设计思想;对急于主从分布式计算机控制步进电机的系统进行了研究. 设计了内嵌MCS一51单片机的步进电机控制电路.设计了以IBM一PC计算机与MCS-51单 片机组成的主从分布式控制系统的硬件电路和软件.解决了 IBM-PC计算机与各单片机之 间的数据通讯问题.经在焊缝自动跟踪三维滑台中使用,证实该系统结构简单。使用方便 且成本低,是解决多步进电机控制问题的理想方案.
With the idea of modular construction, the system based on master-slave distributed comper control of step motor is studied. The step motor control circuit with MCS-51 single chip computer is designed. The hardware circuit and software of the master-slave distributed control system with IBM-PC and MCS-51 single chip computer is designed. The question of the data communication of IBM-PC with each MCD-51 single chip computer is solved. This system was used in a three dimensional slide of seam tracking equipment, the result shows that this system is very simple, convenient and cheap. It is an ideal so1Lltion of step motors control.
