摘要
在市场经济和改革开放的大环境下,高校后勤社会化已成为其改革的基本方向.本 文采用结构模型技术,对影响后勤系统绩效及其发展的各种因素进行分析,为后勤管理系 统的整体运营和评价提供科学的理论依据.
Under the great environment of the Market economy and refrom of open to the world,the socialization for institutions of higher learning has become a fundamental direction for its reform. This paper by using the constructional model technology to analyze the factors which influence its result and development of the rear service system. Thus, the scientific theoretical foundation may be provided for the whole operation and estimation for the rear service system.
