摘要
在分析柔性制造系统中的工装管理活动体系结构的基础上 ,提出了计算机辅助工装管理系统的计划级控制及单元级控制信息流模型。针对工装管理系统的信息流模型 ,采用层次抽象方法 ,将与柔性制造系统内任务相关的工装资源 ,统一地视作具有高度概括的任务伴随对象。用实体 联系模型来描述任务伴随对象的工装族类实体 ,在此基础上对工装管理中的工装族实体进行资源数据库的营建。
On the basis of the architecture for process equipment management activities in FMS,the information flow models are proposed for the planning control level and the cell control level of process equipment management system in this paper.In the FMS,the relative process equipment resources are represented as the objects of task concomitancy through the method of hierarchical abstract.The entities of the process equipment are represented with Entity Relationship data model,on the basis of which,the resources database is constructed for the entities of the process equipment.
