摘要
随着球团矿在高炉中使用比例的增加,对其质量要求越来越高。鄂州球团厂使用的精矿结构与原设计相差较大,导致生球和成品球质量下降。针对这一问题,通过提高燃煤质量,合理配矿,开发湿式球磨与高压辊磨联合预处理技术,生球系统及梭式布料机改造,完善热工操作制度等措施,保证了生产的稳定顺行。成品球质量稳定,抗压强度达到2 500N/个以上,铁品位波动在1.0%以内,有害元素含量均达到高炉要求的标准。鄂州球团厂的球团矿产量和质量均达到了目标值。
With the increase of pellet proportion in blast furnaces, the quality requirements become more and more important. In Ezhou Pelletizing Plant, the proportion of concentrates is far lower than that of original design, which seriously influenced the quality of green ball and fired pellet. In order to solve the problem, several measures were taken so as to realize smooth operation. The measures include: improving coal quality, reasonably proportioning, developing wet ball milling and roller pressure consolidated pretreatment technology, reforming bailing system and reciprocating conveyor,and perfecting thermal regulations. After taking those measures, fired pellet strength increased to over 2 500 N/pellet, the iron grade fluctuated within 1.0 %, and the content of harmful elements was up to the criteria of blast furnace operation. Finally both of production and quality of pellet reached the target value.
