摘要 目的:探讨利用螺旋CT原始数据建立包含牙列的颅面复合体三维几何模型的数字化方法,建立一个高精度的包含牙列的颅面复合体三维实体模型。方法:采用多排螺旋CT对恒牙早期骨性安氏Ⅲ类患者行常规头部平扫及三维数字影像重建,利用原始DICOM数据,自编程序,以及ANSYS和Solidw orks软件,建立颅面复合体三维几何模型。结果:建立完整的颅面复合体三维实体几何模型,包含22块骨骼和28颗牙齿。探索出一条适用于活体的颅面复合体三维几何模型的建模方法。结论:应用螺旋CT薄层扫描,ANSYS和Solidw orks软件,建立包含牙列的颅面复合体三维几何模型是一种准确、有效的方法。 Objective: To develop a kind of digitized method in order to construct three dimensional geometric model which includes 22 bones, all teeth and temporomandibular joints of human craniofacial complex. Methods: A voluntary patient of skeletal class III malocclusion in permanent dentition was chosen as a model. Multi-slice spiral CT (SCT) image reconstruction technique and self-programmed were used in combination with ANSYS and Solidworks software. Results: A 3-D geometric model of human craniofacial complex was constructed. It included 22 bones, 28 teeth and temporo-mandibular joints of human craniofacial complex. It could be observed in any dimension. Conclusion: In order to develop a model of human craniofacial complex, the method adopting SCT 3-D image reconstruction technique, ANSYS and Solid- works software was confirmed to be precise and effective.
