摘要
通过对三峡库区“水、土、人力资源”的现状与特征的分析 ,论述了如何对三峡库区“水、土、人力资源”进行综合开发和综合利用。
Through analyzing the status quo and characteristics of the “Water,soil and human”resources in the Three Gorge Reservoir region,this paper expounds how to carry out comprehensive development and utilization of the resources.
