摘要
汽车升降器试验台是汽车升降器出厂前综合检验的专用设备,该设备关系到产品的正常出货、产品品质的一致性。由于一般车间装配有大量的实验机器,如何将分布在不同地点的实验设备进行可靠的统一控制和管理,成为必须解决的问题。本文构建了由PLC、TCP7062K、路由器、工业控制计算机组成的以太网网络型汽车升降实验机监控系统,提高了系统稳定性并节约了成本。
Before car elevators leave the factory,the experimental device is special equipment for comprehensive test.The device relates to the normal products delivery and the consistency of product quality.The Ethernet monitoring system consists of PLC,routers,TCP7062K and industrial control computers.The design solution adopts the Ethernet to improve the reliability and stability of the system.This approach costs saving.
