The Research on the Relation between Merger &Acquisition and the Growth of China’s Petroleum Companies

并购是企业走向国际化的必由之路,埃克森美孚、BP、壳牌以及雪佛龙等跨国石油公司均有通过并购实现跨越式发展的历史。重视资源获取,重视非常规油气资产并购以及油田服务业整合速度加快是当前全球油气并购的几大显著特征。目前我国石油公司正在实施积极的国际化战略,海外并购取得了积极进展,进入了新阶段。结合全球石油行业发展态势以及我国石油供需现状,提出中国石油企业开展海外并购应正确认识并购风险、实施多元化并购以及重视油田服务业资源并购等发展思路。

Merger acquisition is the route enterprises must take when moving towards internationalization.Multinational petroleum companies such as ExxonMobil,BP,Shell and Chevron all have the history of developing by leaps through merger acquisition.Attaching importance to acquiring resources,attaching importance to unconventional oil-gas assets merger acquisition and accelerated integration speed of oilfield service industry are several major outstanding characteristics of current global oil-gas merger acquisition.At present,China’s petroleum companies are actively carrying out internationalization strategy and have acquired positive development in overseas merger acquisition,entering into a new period.Combining with the development situation of global petroleum industry as well as the status of China’s petroleum supply demand,the article puts forward some development thinking that China’s petroleum companies should correctly recognize merger acquisition risks,implement diversified merger acquisition and attach importance to resources merger acquisition of oilfield service industry when developing overseas merger acquisition.
