分析了材料编码在石化工程设计中的应用现状,介绍了石化系统材料编码体系中编码规则的建立、材料编码的编制方法以及整个系统实现的功能和应用情况。探讨了编码系统与其他ERP系统、三维CAD软件、PDM系统等的集成对整个工程设计和工程建设的重要作用,对提高效率、降低各种成本、提升企业管理水平的重大意义。
The article analyzes the application status of material codes in petrochemical engineering design,introduces the establishment of code rules in petrochemical system material code system,coding methods for material codes and the situation of function and application realized in the whole system.It probes into the important role of the integration for coding system with other systems such as ERP,3D CAD and PDM upon the whole engineering design and engineering construction,being of great importance to improve effciency,reduce various costs and enhance enterprise management level.
