摘要
中药注射剂是传统中药的继承与创新,具有生物利用度高、疗效好、起效快等优点,临床应用广泛,但其不良反应成为其发展瓶颈。本文旨在通过分析中药注射剂不良反应的特点及其影响因素,并针对性地提出减少中药注射剂不良反应的建议与对策,展望其发展趋势,为提高中药注射剂安全性提供参考。
Traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） injection, as the inheritance and innovation of TCM, has the advantages of high bioavailability, good curative effect and shorter effect time, and has been widely used in clinical practice. However its adverse reactions become a development bottleneck. This article analyzed the characteristics and influencing factors of the adverse reactions of TCM injection, and put forward suggestions and countermeasures to reduce the adverse effects so as to provide a reference to improve the safety of TCM injections.
