提高工程管理专业学生实践能力的途径研究

The Ways to Improve the Practical Ability of Students Majored in Construction Project Management

针对目前普遍存在的工程管理专业人才培养和用人单位需求之间的矛盾,分析学生实践能力培养中存在实践课程开设和监管不足、学生对专业认识不足、学习积极性不高、教师队伍实践能力不强等问题。并根据这些问题提出提高工程管理专业学生实践能力的途径。具体途径包括实习基地的建设、实习过程的监管、教师实践能力地提高、组织学生参与技能大赛和科技创新活动等方面。

[Abstract]As the various universities of construction project management Professionals in training and employing stand in contradiction, the Problems in training college student＇s practical ability are found, which are the insufficiency of practical course, supervision of practice process not do one＇s best, students have not enough eoncept and enthusiasm about their major, teachers also have not enough praetical ability.etc. At last, the ways to Improve the Practical Ability of Students Majored in Construction project management are given, which are develop more practice base, super- vise the progress of practice course, improve the practice competency of teachers , organize students particiPating in scientific and technological inno- vation project and skill competition.
