摘要 随着通信网络技术的飞速发展,人们对于数据、话音、视频等新业务的要求也在迅速增长,向用户提供更加灵活多样的通信业务,更加个性化的服务,也成为各大运营商的工作重点。通信网络向下一代网络NGN发展的过程中,软交换技术作为下一代通信网络解决方案之一备受关注,得到了广泛的应用。本文提出了基于IP承载技术的软交换方案,此方案提升了网络的利用率和网络投资的效益,充分发挥了软交换和IP承接网络技术的优势,满足了中远期业务发展的需要。 [Abstract]With the rapid development of the communication network technology, the demand for data, voice, video and other services is in- creasing quickly. Providing users with more flexible, diversified communication services, and personalized services become the business emphasis of the providers. In the course of the evolution of communication network Next Generation Network, Soft-Switch technology becomes one of the solutions for the next generation communication network and has been widely used. This paper proposes corresponding strategies of the whole Soft-Switch orga- nizing network technologies in |P bearing network butt joint. The project improve the network availability and benefit of investment, adequately devel- op the advantages of Soft-Switch and IP bearing network technology, meet the needs of business development in the long term.
