摘要
运用高斯光束传输理论,提出了运用高斯光束经焦距变化的变焦液体透镜时光束光通量的变化来测量变焦液体透镜的焦距变化随电压变化的响应时间的观点。运用光电探测器测量光束光通量的变化,来反映液体透镜焦距的变化。并讨论了光通量变化时光电探测器放置的最佳位置和小孔半径的最佳大小。
[Abstract]Gaussian beam transmission theory has been applied. The view that utilizing the change of the luminous flux of the Gaussian beam when it passes through the zoom liquid lens which focal length is changing because of the changing of the applied voltage to measure the response time have been put forward. Using the beam flux changes which photoelectric detector measuring to reflect the change of liquid lens focal length. The best position of the photoelectric detector and the best size of the pinhole have been discussed.
