摘要
本文通过对比汉英两大语义系统 ,结合语言国情学理论 ,挖掘造成汉英两大语义系统不对等的根源 。
The teaching of English vocabulary is not only one of the necessary parts in foreign language teaching but also the most important and difficult task to carry out. In this essay the authors compare the Chinese and English semantic systems and try to find the cause of the inequality between them. Meanwhile, with the help of some applied linguistic theories, the authors also try to seek the significance and implications of this comparison for lexicon teaching.
