摘要
在卷烟厂除尘控制中 ,以可编程控制器 ( PLC)为现场控制器 ,以图形操作终端作上位机 ,组成了计算机监控系统 PL C实现顺序逻辑控制和模拟量闭环控制 ,图形操作终端则进行集中显示和操作 ,还可通过上位机在线修改系统参数 ,提高了系统的自动化水平 .
The computer monitoring system for the control of dust removal process in a cigarette plant is made up of PLC used as a field controller and a graphic oprating terminal as a supervisory computer.The sequence logic control and analogue feedback control are conducted by PLC and the display and operating are carried out on the graphic oprating terminal.The system parameters are also modified on a line through the supervisory computer so that the automation standard of the system is raised.
