摘要
对所测模拟湿法磷酸氨化料浆的流变性数据 ,进行回归处理并加以分析 ,提出了一个三参数的经验流变方程 ,它比通常采用的幂律模型能更好地描述湿法磷酸氨化料浆的流变特性 。
When a wet process phosphoric acid(WPA)contained impurities(Fe,Al,Mg and F)is used to produce ammonium phosphate,the rheological properties of the ammoniated slurry have significant influence on the concentrated and the transported operation. In this work, the WPA slurry was simulated by reacting pure chemical agents with gasous ammonium. The rheological properties of the slurry were measured at 50℃. An empirical rheological equation“ln τ+τ=a 0+a 1+a 2 ln ”was obtained for the slurry by datafitting.It is shown that the equation can describe the rheological behavior of the slurry better than the Power law model, and explain the Bingham charactor of the slurry.
