摘要
滤饼洗涤对众多的工业生产部门是非常重要的 ,但由于物料性质各异引起的滤饼微观结构的差异 ,使得滤饼洗涤理论的研究与实际应用之间存在较大差距。以虹吸离心机用于重碱分离的滤饼洗涤为研究对象 ,采用宏观工程研究方法进行实验研究 ,并提出相应的滤饼洗涤数学模型。
The washing of filter-cake is very important in many production industries. Because of the difference of micro-structure in filter-cake, caused by difference of material's property, the gap between theoretical study on filter-cake and application in practice is still great. In the paper, the siphon-peeler centrifuge is applied in washing cake in sodium bicarbonate separation. In the experimental study, an engineering research method is used, and a corresponding mathematical model of washing filter-cake is proposed. This model can generally direct the washing operation of materials of the similar properties.
